The direct SAP interface for Hänel lifts in Factory Control Center | FCTR enables the representation of the Digital Twin at the work center and comes with many advantages:

Facilitated working thanks to automation

During stocking and withdrawal, the material master stock is automatically maintained in the SAP system. First, the posting is carried out in SAP Inventory Management | SAP IM and then, according to the usage also in SAP Warehouse Management | SAP WM.

Up-to-date data in real time

Users on the shop floor can query the current status of the storage. Below minimum stock, a requirement coverage request is created automatically for purchasing.

 

Easy handling without SAP transaction knowledge

For searching parts in the storage and automatically accessing the tray, a separate, intuitive user interface for the Hänel control has been developed.
